Marshall Jen, MBA, PGCE, is a Project Director at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Centre for Family Business and a Lecturer in teaching managing family business and entrepreneurship. Outside of CUHK, Marshall is a family advisor serving Chinese family enterprises, specializes in n the arena of building family capacity through learning and development, curriculum design for building successors, and mentorship over special situations. His research interests are in family education, family business leadership, and solutions to polygamous families.He will share with us his unique perspectives on why transgenerational entrepreneurship and how it's the key to building legacy for Chinese family businesses in a panel under Future of YOU session.
