Jowie YU is the General Manager of Autopilot Leadership Lab (ALLab). Since 2016, Jowie have led the ALLab team to promote happiness in workplace through cultural transformation. Autopilot Leadership Lab has led over 1,200 senior leaders around the globe to implement the Autopilot Leadership Model™ in their organizations. These forward‐thinking pioneers are determined to continue grow their businesses with a sustainable work culture. Prior to joining ALLab, Jowie spent 15 years as consultant and in‐house advisor in the organizational transformation area with Towers Watson, Aon and AIA. In his consulting career, he served as an organizational change advisor for both MNC and statutory bodies with specialization in pharmaceutical, insurance and educational sectors.
